II.  Conditions of eligibility within VA Austral

    2-a. The registration within VA Austral is opened to all the pilots whom they possess or not a real experience.
    2-b. All pilots who have real aeronautical certificates can use them to receive the equivalent rank and qualifications.

    4. VA Austral  undertakes to form quite pilot by making the demand forhis registration.
    5. Every pilots who join within VA Austral see attributing, by the management, a trigramme which is appropriate for their.
    6. To check your motivation, it is asked to you to make at least a complete flight on the network of IVAO under a callsign REUXXX (where XXX is the number of your flight) for a period of three weeks following your registration.
    7. Your registration in the forum is not automatic. From then on, it is advised to join it as soon as you receive your mail of confirmation of registration. The forum remains the property of VA Austral, thus this regulation is there also valid.


III.  The functioning of the company

    1. Having gathered all the previous conditions, the pilots of VA Austral are any more subjected to no constraint.
    2. To motivate its pilots, VA Autral set up a system of rank which rewards the advanced of the pilots, and their presence on the network by ranks which go by growing.
    3. The ranks are divided into two parts to make a distinction between the levels of the pilots. However, this distinction is not discriminatory. All the pilots remain equal towards the present regulation.
    4. VA Austral wants to be a place of conviviality. So, the respect for others is a golden rule. In this perspective, it will indeed be obviously not tolerated any discrimination between pilot, any insult or the other one. Every person who would not respect these rules to know how to live will be excluded from the shapeless company of lawsuit.
    5. For VA Austral, every hour of flight is an hour of work and perfection. So, every hour of flights will be taken into account for the passage of rank. Nevertheless, VA Austral wants to be an active company on the network of IVAO, so, a person not flying on the network of IVAO will see receiving three warnings in two weeks of interval before being excludes from the company past it periods.
    6. It is evident that the registration within VA Austral is based on the voluntary service. However, VA Austral ask to these pilots to have a regular activity on the network. Every pilots who make no flight during a period of three months will receive three warnings for three months before being excluded. Nevertheless, to avoid any useless deletion, it is asked to you to inform the staff manager of any absence or the other difficulties for your flights in network.
    7. The presence of the pilots in the organized events is not compulsory, but not advised because friendlier.
    8. On no account a political belief must be expressed through the forum, or during event.


IV.  The management of the company


    1. VA Austral is steered by a well established hierarchie and where each in a role to be played. The management of the company consists of the CEO , the Staff manager (SM), the Director of the Flights (DF), of the In charge of the Public relations (ICPR) and the Representative of the Pilots (RP).
    2. The decisions which govern the life of the VA are taken during a council. During these meeting are present: the CEO, the SM, the DF, the ICPR and the RP.
    3. VA Austral gives the possibility to its pilots to ask for an extraordinary meeting. These meetings can be asked by all the pilots. The demand is subject in sends it of a mail to the RP by the prosecutor explaining the reasons of his demand. These meetings can be asked to discuss a dispute between the company and the pilot, or to present a project to the whole board of directors.
    4. The definitive decision of the holding of an extraordinary meeting comes from the CEO.
    5. The possibility of asking for an extraordinary meeting is a right. If it is noticed that there is an abuse, this right can be removed at any time by the CEO.
